EMBOUR CONTINUES FINE RUN FOR ACCLAMATION

Acclamation

Richard Hannon’s success with sons of ACCLAMATION continued on April 20th, when EMBOUR (Acclamation) gained his fourth career victory at Kempton.

The progressive four-year-old was held up by Martin Dwyer and was shaken up two furlongs from home, leading inside the final furlong. Digging deep, he held off a challenge by Vibrant Chords to win by a nose.

Owned by Sullivan Bloodstock, Ruxley Holdings and Mrs Doyle, the bay completed a hat-trick last season. Bought by Peter and Ross Doyle for £145,000 as a yearling, he is a full-brother to Listed winner Cake (Acclamation) and a half-brother to the highly-rated Suited And Booted (Tagula).
